Use of Privacy and Protected Classes to Shield Criminal Activities
Privacy layers, such as medical, dental, education, and family privacy layers in privacy rights laws such as FERPA and HIPAA, in addition classification compartments in military intelligence, and protected classes should not be used to allow people to commit crimes, including computer crimes, such that, legal issues should always be resolved so individuals and families can move forward as soon as possible towards their future. Additionally, privacy layers and compartments are sometimes used to protect intellectual property rights, therefore, intellectual property theft originating from within a privacy compartment should be allowed to be investigated, by intellectual property attorneys, properly, to ensure that educational and medical and family records are available to attorneys that represent clients, even if they are representing their clients with anonymity.
