Spying on Computer Files by U.S. Companies on Job Applicant

There should be legislation defining basic electronic privacy rights, like what was created in Europe.

An example would be banning companies from discovering and going through files on the job applicant’s computer system. This is defined as a criminal activity, which is intellectual property theft, potentially on behalf of third parties against an individual based on law enforcement investigations into other professional organizations. This is defined as espionage activities towards a government official. If the government official is unpaid, and is on disability, then the company that has conducted the legal discovery may have committed a serious crime towards the individual through the legal discovery process into the job applicant’s file system(s) on their computer system(s). The company that conducted the crimes towards the job applicant can be charged for everything.
