Banning Ex-Judicial Execution and War Crime
Ex-judicial execution and other war crime using satellite weapons shall be illegal, when not saving the quality of life of an original victim.
Limitations to War Crimes Cases
War crimes are illegal. Legal repercussions nor legal ramifications shall be allowed to be used towards original victims of war crimes, such as original victims that are civilians that others, without the expressed permission of the original victims, had legal repercussions or legal ramifications taken out to attempt to prevent additional war crimes from continuing to be committed towards the original victims of war crimes. Civilians are not capable and shall never be allowed to control war crimes systems, therefore any war crimes case against any civilian by any member of the military that has conducted war crimes, previously, shall be considered a falsity, and shall be considered as an illegal premise to conduct war crimes, and any war crimes case against any civilian by any other civian shall be considered a falsity, that must be solved to determine which member of the military falsly attributed their war crimes acts to the accused civilian.
Computer software nor artificial intelligence computer software shall be used to create fake or illicit war crimes cases, including, however not limited to attempt to conspire against or frame original victims of war crimes, or anyone else or anything else, literally. War crimes cases shall not be used to frame individuals or entities for mass atrocities or mass casualty events, including, however not limited to for the purpose of protecting original war criminals, whereas an original war criminal conducted war crimes to begin with, themselves, including, however not limited to through the use of computer software.
National Security Limitations
National security actions nor national security authorizations can be used to transmit audio about war crimes trials to the general public, such as for the purpose of defaming a victim of war crimes, or for the purpose of covering up the military criminal activities of war criminals, by subverting victim witnesses of war crimes cases to the public. National security lawsuits to conduct war crimes are categorically illegal.
Support Network Security
Convicted war criminals and treasonous officials, or officials being questioned about unprofessional standards and impropriety, cannot communicate with the support network of any victim witness, to ensure the health and well being of every victim witness, to ensure their abusers cannot reoffend them. Convicted war criminals nor treasonous officials can arrest or detain or transfer any victim witness, including, however not limited to any mental health hospital xor any prison system, to revictimize them for the same war crimes the war criminals or treasonous officials previously conducted towards the victim witness.
Justice for War Criminals
Convicted war criminals that have conducted non-serious non-lethal satellite war crimes may need to be relived of their duty in the military, without pay, and placed into either a mental health environment and/or required anger management classes, to determine why they were committing the war crimes, to determine how to bargain with them to never allow them to conduct satellite war crimes, again, if they ever return to their job, refreshed without any contention or unprofessionalism towards whomever they were directing their anger towards.
Convicted war criminals that have conducted serious or lethal satellite war crimes, such as attempted or actual ex-judicial execution, or extremely painful or debilitating war crimes, or injuries, will be referred to the International Criminal Court for their justice.
