Satellite War Crime
Satellite war crimes are war crimes conducted through a member of the military utilizing computer software to control a satellite weapon or a space weapon that uses lasers or directed radio frequency cannon technologies to harm human beings on the ground. War criminals that conduct satellite war crimes shall be prosecuted by the U.S. Justice Department and the Military Court of Justice. Civilians and non-operating members of the military cannot conduct satellite war crimes, therefore they shall be protected in the legal system, first.
Satellite war crimes shall not be committed towards anyone, including, however not limited for the purpose of crowd control or political security or defamation of character or libel or slander. Satellite war crimes shall not be conducted to commit acts of terrorism or mass atrocities, including, however not limited to genocide xor ethnic cleansing. Satellite war crimes shall not be committed to cause any physical pain xor any physical abnormaility xor any injury xor dismemberment xor any health issue xor any mental health issue.
Satellite war crimes can cause medical conditions or injuries or even death, and satellite war crimes are illegal. Computer programs that are used to conduct satellite war crimes shall be removed from Federal government computer systems, so operators become non-operators, and satellite war crimes are not possible anymore. Additionally, operators of any military that has conducted satellite war crimes shall be prosecuted, indicted, charged, and convicted for the satellite war crimes that they have committed.
Civilians that have been victimized by satellite war crimes can complain to the U.S. Department of Justice, or the International Criminal Court, and non-operators that have been victimized by satellite war crimes can complain to the U.S. Department of Justice and the appropriate Military Court of Justice.
Satellite war crimes can be debilitating, and victims of satellite war crimes should both seek justice against those that committed the satellite war crimes through the appropriate channels, and also seek medical treatment.
Medical Conditions
Satellites shall not be used to cause back pain, or abdominal pain, or lung pain, or pain in the head, or pain in the extremities. Satellites shall not be used to conduct war crimes to the feet or hands. Satellites shall not be used to causing any burning sensation, any singe, or any itchiness sensation of any human being. Satellites shall not be used to conduct war crimes to any human body, in any way, literally, which includes any way that changes the way the body would work normally without any exposure to any radio frequency or laser light. Satellites shall not be used to destroy brain cells or neurons or dendrites or axioms or any other type of human cell or any part of any human cell.
