Classifications of Protected Traits

Protected traits to prevent discrimination are classified as follows:

Permanently protected traits, including “1) race, 2) original sex, 3) name, 4) date of birth, 5) place of birth, 6) relatives, 7) nationality, 8) victim of crime, and 9) mind control case”, herein referred to as PERMANENT PROTECTED TRAITS, which never alter, and the protections are permanent.

Conditionally permanently protected traits, including “1) gender identity, 2) sexual orientation, 3) marital status, 4) religious beliefs, 5) authored works, including intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, process documentation, and service maintenance logs, including in states a) stolen, b) collected, c) classification, d) reclassification, e) stored, f) analyzed, g) studied, h) marked up, i) focus group, j) directors meeting, k) disseminated, l) retained, m) privately disclosed, n) publicly disclosed, o) public misuse, p) classification, 8) education, 9) political affiliation, 10) love life, 11) diplomatic status, 12) immunity status, and 13) asylum status, 14) disability, 15) medical condition”, herein referred as PERMANENTLY ALTERABLE PROTECTED TRAITS, that may alter over time, however the protections are permanent in history when they alter.

Considered temporarily protected traits or temporarily permanently protected traits or temporarily conditionally protected traits, including “1) career orientation, 2) profession, 3) economic status, 4) socioeconomic status, 5) immigration status, 6) emigration status, 7) public opinion, 8) political dissent, 9) political disassociation, ”, herein referred to as TEMPORARY CONDITIONAL PROTECTED TRAITS, that do not expire after they have been determined in history, when the traits have expired in history, or when the traits are altered.
