Exclusionary Rule
By prohibiting Federal employees from interacting with family law cases after they have been decided, and prohibiting Federal employees from acting on behalf of family law cases as officers from their own family, unbiased case law can be maintained to ensure good juris prudince and a fair trial process for every person.
