Faith-Based Families Legislation
A man and a woman that wish to form a marriage, that is a religious faith-based relationship, shall herein be referred to as "NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY". Each NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY has rights, including their faith, or their religion, or their romantic interests in each other, or their family plans, or their wedding plans, or their honeymoon plans, or their sexual reproductive rights, or their childbearing rights, or their rights to raise children together, or their career, or their retirement plans, herein referred to as "FAMILY RIGHTS", which originate from the U.S. Constitution, from the Bill of Rights.
Justice can be achieved for every NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY to be formed and funded, fully, by excluding government and officials from deciding matters against religious or faith-based family relationships, including by reversing all legal decisions and all policies that have negatively affected any NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY.
Government employees and officials shall be exlcluded and legally prohibited from interfering with or interacting with family law cases to damage any faith-based couple, after cases have been decided to pertain to a NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY, to ensure that every NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY is protected under the legal system from professional criticism of their careers, to ensure that as their careers merge with their understanding of one another, that the government cannot damage their FAMILY RIGHTS, as afforded to them as a protected Constitutional right under the Bill of Rights, and that these FAMILY RIGHTS allow every NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY to obtain the proper amount of funding that they need to spend their life together, and raise their family, peacefully, without being bothered or ridiculed on the basis of or in contrary to their religious beliefs.
Unbiased case law must be maintained to ensure good juris prudince and a fair trial process for every person, and for every family, including every family member of every NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY, so their FAMILY RIGHTS are protected without being damaged by the public, or even privately.
Usage of mind reading technologies, mind control technologies, or brain to computer interface (BCI) technologies to damage FAMILY RIGHTS of any NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY shall be explicitly prohibited.
Each established NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY shall have communication software available to them, that their family can stay in communication through their thoughts, if they wish to, as they function as a family unit, to utilize their FAMILY RIGHTS, and function to live out their lives in the peace and security afforded to them under countless legal systems and written and even unwritten and even unspoken laws of nature of the Universe.
