Legal Defintions
If a mother obtained biological materials from a father, such as from hair clippings, or sperm from a tissue that was not introduced through any sexual contact with the father, or from a DNA signature left on a coffee cup that was disposed of in public, without the father's knowledge, or without the father having had sexual contact with the mother of a child, to biologically conceive the child, through natural insemination through sexual intercourse, in the same timeframe that the child was conceived in the womb, then the child was likely conceived using IVF, and may herein be referred to as a "LAB CHILD".
A man that loves a woman so much, that s/he can't control him, because the man and the woman look like such a cute couple in photographs, and the man and woman have had a LAB CHILD, that the man has not yet met, herein referred to as "SECRET LAB CHILD", may also, in respects to definition of the man, be referred to as a "TOP SECRET FATHER".
If the mother has advertised that her child is from a TOP SECRET FATHER in the newspapers, for example, then it may be presumed that the child may be a secret from the father, herein also referencing the term "SECRET LAB CHILD", especially if the father has not physically met the child.
A pre-communicated marrital intention, coupled with pre-communicated wedding plans, previously agreed to by both a mother and father of a SECRET LAB CHILD, shall qualify under the criteria of a case pertaining to a NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY.
Pre-Arranged Marriages
The public shall always support every couple of any NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY, including financially, and socially, and peacefully. Pre-arranged marriages that are faith-based should always be supported by everyone, as families add positive values and positive qualities to the religious faith-based communities that follow the wedding planning for pre-arranged marriages that are publicly known.
Pre-Marrital Sexual Relations
Pre-marrital sexual relations between a TOP SECRET FATHER and a mother of a SECRET LAB CHILD shall not prohibited, in any manner, under any legal system.
Family Rights in Lab Child Cases
If the father and the mother of a LAB CHILD are unmarried, then they should be married, if possible, so they can raise their child or children together as NEW FAITH-BASED FAMILY.
Alimony Awards for Lab Child Cases
Any right to alimony shall be determined by a family court case, such as considering how much money the mother makes, and how much money the father makes, and whether any parties owe the father or the mother any money in the court system.
Notification
The mother of any LAB CHILD must notify the father in-person and in writing, within a reasonable amount of time.
Even if the father did not want for or ask for the LAB CHILD in-person or in writing, from the mother, then the mother must still notify the father of herself having had the LAB CHILD, that the father is indeed the father of the LAB CHILD, in writing, in addition to in-person, and spend a lengthy amount of time with the father, as it is strictly illegal for a mother to have a SECRET LAB CHILD and not spend time with the father.
Nullification
If a man is a father that is a TOP SECRET FATHER that has a SECRET LAB CHILD, then the man does not wish to nullify his family, however rather, formalize his family with the mother, through marriage, with a public wedding day.
