Reproductive Counseling that Everyone Can Rely On
Condoms should be given out at schools by a Sex Education Teacher at each school, starting at Junior High School, and the sex education teacher should always keep records of whom is having sex with whom, and counsel students of how to have better committed relationships, rather than just gratifying their partner sexually. Reproductive care in junior high school should depend upon a mandatory sex education class, with the sex education teacher, that must be taken, and teaches abstinence.
