Patrick R. McElhiney believes that through modernization of the U.S. military, through technologies such as Artificial Intelligence that will reduce the reliance on GPS satellites for navigation of warheads and all other military assets, that it will be possible to completely remove the U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal that is currently threatening peace throughout the world. The reason is that the Artificial Intelligence will be capable of overwhelming any foreign adversary, through extremely sharp and deadly conventional warfare with precision targeting, that can target and destroy any offensive target, whether it is moving in the open or concealed behind stealth and/or camouflage. This new arsenal, will allow the U.S. to deploy, if threatened, millions of robotic weapons that would have the capability of completely destroying an entire foreign power if necessary, including all of its nuclear arsenal, without risking damages to the remainder of the world. The foreign adversaries would be neutralized to the point that they could no longer pose a risk, and through the strategic deterrence of such aggression, those adversaries would be out calculated militarily, allowing our diplomacy, and if necessary, economic sanctions, to work and bring the adversary back to a position of intentions of peace and prosperity.
Allowing All People To Serve
Patrick believes that anyone, including the transgender people, and Muslims, and people of all religions and other personal identities must be allowed to serve in the U.S. Military. It just isn't right to ban people from serving. The banning of the transgender people likely stems from the Chelsea Manning case, because of President Trump. He doesn't want military funding to be spend on medical procedures for the transgender people, even though they can currently get the procedures done through Medicaid because of Obamacare. President Trump is very xenophobic.
Remove Political Decision from Defense Spending
Political decisions in military spending should be banned. The current Defense Secretary was an executive at Boeing, and has been criticized for the F-35 deals that he's made that have benefited Boeing. Also, the Republicans in Congress bought tanks that we don't need, only for the purpose of keeping the military industrial complex going, despite their decision to cut the F-22 program, which was a major defense contract for businesses in New Hampshire. In the current state of politics, it doesn't matter what you know - it matters who you know, because the Republicans will do your bidding if you pay them enough, or if it benefits their constituents, irregardless of whether it's the right decision for the nation's military. Getting back to the tanks - it's highly unlikely there's going to be a land-based war again anytime soon. There is literally no use for the tanks - they're just sitting and rusting. Also, military intelligence organizations, such as Army Intelligence (AI), should enforce password protection schemes that prohibit easily guessed or patterns of passwords that could be communicated easily.
