Mental Health Issues
Using computer programs to damage mental health patients with artificial intelligence computer programs that conduct mind control, covert audio transmissions, or war crimes using satellites shall be categorically illegal. Mental health patients shouldn't be treated like criminals, either, so they shouldn't be pestered with police officers at their home, or to transport them to the hospital, because mental health patients aren't criminals - they should be transported in ambulances at all times.
