Accomplishing Net-Zero Standards under The Kyoto Protocol
Completely transition U.S. off all usage of fossil fuels and nuclear power, including cold fusion, by moving everything to least-environmentally costly renewables, including “1) solar, 2) wind, 3) hydrogen, 4) electrolysis, and 5) hydro-electric”, herein referred to as RENEWABLES.
Vehicles/Vessels/Crafts
Electric batteries and hydrogen should be used in vehicles, with the electric batteries being charged from RENEWABLES, including through any use of RENEWABLES in the vehicles/crafts.
Methane
Natural gas should only be used whenever necessary towards immediately working towards accomplishing Net-Zero goals through the construction of infrastructure to wean off fossil fuels, which include natural gases such as methane.
What This Accomplishes
Investments in renewables now will save on disaster relief which would occur because of climate change and would stop funds from being sent to foreign countries for fossil fuels including petroleum products including and derived from crude oil products, and natural gases such as methane.
