Defamation of Character Legislation
A nice middle-aged man, including with the fact of the man being a member of a family personal relationship with a woman, who is a significant other or future spouse, including referencing the woman, or the significant other or future spouse, shall herein be referred to as "THE COUPLE".
When the government has conducted false or fraudulent cases with the intention of ruining the life of THE COUPLE, to which the government criminally damaged through defamation of character, in public, privately or covertly, using mind reading and mind control technologies, to both the man and woman, without any rational or logical legal justification, the government shall pay THE COUPLE.
Government officials responsible for conducting the false or fraudulent cases, with the intention of ruining the life of THE COUPLE, shall be indicted and charged and arrested and convicted of the crimes that they conducted in the cases, including the crimes identified from the materials gathered, based on the permissible purpose of surveillance and evidence discovery, originating from the public defamation of character that was conducted against THE COUPLE.
Government officials shall be barred and disbarred from conducting any further defamation of character in any cases in the future.
The government shall pay fines and fees to compensate THE COUPLE for all damages that were incurred, including from the defamation of character, including to fund the recovery through marketing to restore the public images of both individuals of THE COUPLE, and to compensate THE COUPLE for their individual and collective pain and suffering, including all emotional suffering, that the government caused them.
The government shall compensate THE COUPLE for any lost wages as a result of the defamation of character, including due to any lost productivity, or any lost business or commerce contracts, or any lost revenues, including because of any theft of intellectual property, including by the public, including in private, that was used by the public or privately, to produce inventions, physically or logically.
THE COUPLE shall takeover the industries, and confiscate all assets of all persons and all companies that are associated with any revenues originating from any theft of their intellectual property by any same individuals or any same companies.
No party shall use mind control technology to attempt to break up THE COUPLE, or separate THE COUPLE, such as for the motive to attempt to dissolve the lawsuits by damaging their family personal relationship.
