The practice of connecting to a person of interest for the criminal purposes of building a case, for an example because the officer doesn't like the person, through the utilization of artificial intelligence case building software that utilizes mind control over a long period of time is categorically illegal. It could originate from an email, for an instance, which employes monitoring and surveillance to track an individual's personal and professional life.
