Improving the American Justice System to Prevent Hate Crimes towards Vulnerable Persons
There should be hate crimes legislation to protect all protected classes, including single Americans, foreign citizens on student VISAs, foreign citizens on visitation rights, political asylum seekers, and LGBTQ, in all aspects of their lives.
New stronger hate crimes legislation to protect members of the community based on the types of crimes committed against people in their protected class, because of any protected trait that they possess, which are considered permanent, including “1) race, 2) original sex, 3) name, 4) date of birth, 5) place of birth, 6) relatives, 7) victim of crime”, herein referred to as PERMANENT PROTECTED TRAITS, and additional protected traits are considered conditionally permanent for the time being, including “1) gender identity, 2) sexual orientation, 3) marital status, 4) nationality, 5) religious beliefs, 6) authored intellectual property, including in states a) disclosed, b) undisclosed, c) stolen, d) disseminated, e) private disclosure, f) public disclosure, g) public misuse, 7) education, 8) political affiliation, 9) love life, 10) diplomatic status, 11) immunity status, and 12) asylum status”, herein referred as CONDITIONALLY PERMANENT PROTECTED TRAITS, that are permanently recognized, and additional protected traits that are considered temporary or temporarily permanent or temporarily conditional, including “1) career orientation, 2) profession, 3) economic status, 4) socioeconomic status, 5) immigration status, 6) emigration status”, herein referred to as TEMPORARY CONDITIONAL PROTECTED TRAITS, that do not expire after they have been determined.
