Patrick R. McElhiney believes that the speeding of U.S. Secret Service motorcades is unnecessary in most cases, such as when the President is late for a campaign appearance. If Patrick is ever elected as President of the United States or has the power to change the laws otherwise, it will stop, unless only in cases of national security. We must value police officers' lives - they sign up to do their job, and we cannot ask them to do something that is illegal. Speeding is breaking the law, and not even the President's motorcade should be speeding when there is no danger to the protectee or to national security. Patrick has read about so many Police officers and Secret Service officers that have gave their life because of speeding, and not because they were protecting the President. We should not be placing people in danger around politicians - we all need to slow down and take notice of what is around us. If we are travelling too fast, we might miss something important.
Artificial Intelligence Regulations
Government employees shall not be allowed to create or make artificial intelligence programs that make threats towards Secret Service protectees, including through any usage of mind control technology or computer software including Microsoft Windows, including, however not limited to making any person or any organization write down, or say, or convey in any other way the Secret Service threats through emails or writtings or anything else, literally, such as to target any specific person or any organization that impeached a President. Artificial Intelligence software shall not commit crimes, including, however not limited to war crimes or intelligence crimes such as illegal monitoring for false impressions of protection through criminal investigations originating from criminal computer programs or illicit government computer software. Artificial Intelligence software shall not take advantage of any individual through any outdated surveillance warrants.
