Limitations of Tabloids
More needs to be done to stop the Media, especially tabloids and the paparazzi, from violating people's privacy to earn a dollar. One move that the public can take is to stop purchasing tabloid newspapers, and stop looking at the photographs and videos online, so their advertising contracts run out. People's privacy is paramount in this country, and there is no greater violation than having your personal life spread across a printing press, or uploaded to a public website. There should be more legislation to prevent tabloids and other forms of questionable media from interfering in the lives of others to profit. It's because of antics like "catch and kill" stories, extortion, and blackmale, that we have officials in office attacking their political enemies through their wealthy friends.
