These pictures are of Roland Labrie's old house in Cape Neddick, Maine, originally built in 1670, that he was working on in 1994 when Patrick and his family visited New England. The addition and second story were added in 1740. Roland was an expert painter, and had an antique furniture business in which he restored old work works to their original quality after their years of wear and tear. Roland had the help of his partner, Paul, at the time to work on this house, pictured below in the entry way.
The house is located at 10 Mountain Road, Cape Neddick, Maine off of Route 1, near York, ME.
