This invention concept pertains to a surveillance camera for a building or a vehicle that would track everything in the surroundings, including the thoughts and sound and actions of all human beings in proximity to the surveillance camera. The technology works by recording brain activity associated with the imagery, so the imagery has additional intelligence or information to go off, for an instance to track down someone who is thinking about stealing something from a business and add them to a tracking and monitoring program at the local police department, because they thought about stealing something from the business that the camera belongs to. The thoughts can be pulled up in special Artificial Intelligence software, that can allow the tracking of any person that thinks of any bad thing when they are under surveillance, to ensure that businesses and the public are safe. The thoughts are stored in privacy containers in the government, which keeps secrecy of all thoughts, and just makes sure that security comes first. The surveillance cameras have Optogenetics Sequencing Technology on them, which is how they read the brainwaves.
