This technology pertains to communications between GsAN and telepathic intelligence between multiple GsAN layers and satellite networks on multiple planets. The technology works through an intelligent negotiation of intellectual authentication and structural intelligence. The devices that connect the multiple satellite networks together in-between planets have a higher administrative GsAN level that are able to manage the multiple networks simultaneously. The technology also has negotiation abilities such as direct links from person-to-person in planet-to-planet, organizational links, intelligence sharing and multi-planetary intellectual property management, timing synchronization, intelligence cedes with partial telepathic firewall, and high-level systematic controls with security subroutines.
This includes both technologies and protocols. The devices use optical circuitry with light inversion communications and an active translucent light routing grid that links with the GsAN satellites anywhere within the current solar system.
