This technology is a process of creating a timing mechanism that uses a loop of quantum materials as a timing loop in space. Since the flow of quantum materials is always at a constant rate with this gravity loop, at the precise level of gravity that the loop is opened with, this can be used to provide frequency baselines to computer systems at a greater precision than a sub-atomic clock or that of a photonic clock. This mechanism could be used in addition to a sensor system that detects the movements of planets, so even if the magnetism of the gravity loop is changed, the precision is the same.
