This system has sensors and control systems that detect any movement that is outside of the allowable movement within the entire robotic manufacturing and assembly area, and the system can be programmed to stop dangerous activities such as moving new components from manufacturing to assembly and stopping all welding processes, and freezing all of the robots in their place while maintaining the security and holding all operations of manufacturing at the current location of the procedures. The system is also able to restart the process, and this includes the calibration such as re-checking the precision of alignment, removing bad welds if applicable, and checking temperatures of welding areas to determine the heat that is needed to restart the welding, since the temperature may have changed from the safety system temporarily halting the operations.
