This invention concept pertains to an underwater robotic welding drone, that would have underwater welding capabilities, and would be remote controlled, or would be autonomous, or in other words, would be able to weld anything, autonomously, based on a pre-set set of tasks to do, such as welding a ship’s hull, or welding an underwater barge, or welding an underwater sea wall. This invention would be ideal to have on every ship at sea, to be able to repair the ship, in case of any type of hull breach. This invention would also be ideal for cargo shipping companies that have large sea docks that have underwater gates, or to weld underwater sea walls, like in Louisiana. Having a fleet of these underwater welding robotic drones, that could carry metal pieces to a location, in cooperation with a barge crane, could really cut down on the amount of time it would take to build the flood walls. This invention would also be useful for building bridges, to weld the pylons underneath the water to larger structures of steel.
