Our legal contracts work out a wide variety of legal issues, such as who is allowed to use our technological concepts, and our technologies, and for what purpose. We develop legal contracts to ensure that our technologies are used only for legal purposes and are not used for unpeaceful or otherwise illegal purposes.
Our legal contracts are in the written form, and only our legal contracts, written by us at MCE123℠, are legal contracts dealing with our exclusive intellectual property rights, including to develop, prototype, and manufacture our technological inventions.
Our technologies are protected under various intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark or service mark, and patent laws, as applicable. To acquire and use our technological concepts and/or our technologies, you’ll need to have legal contracts with our company, agreed to by a purchaser or leaser, and our company, in a hard-copy notarized document, prior to taking ownership of our technologies.
To have your technologies repaired by us, you’ll need to have pre-defined contracts with our company that define the scope of the work to be conducted, with legal protections including insurance and employee benefits, including pre-paid salaries for our employees. You’ll need to have payment agreements, and pay for our services up-front, so we can provide these benefits.
