MCE123 Technology Development, in close coordination with MCE123 Marketing, has produced an enormous amount of intelligence relating to different industries and technologies that are both emerging and futuristic in nature. Please note that we do not publish the actual dates that we developed the information, in case there is a question about where the information came from – as nearly all of it would be determined to be original from this company.

The public and private sectors are welcome to use the information for educational and entertainment purposes, however if the information is used to develop for-profit systems or technologies, then the company(s) that use the Intellectual Property must have written permission from the MCE123 Company Founder, Patrick R. AT Systems: Artificial Intelligence Psychiatric Clearance System

This invention concept pertains to a psychiatric clearance system, that activates when an agent shows aggression, or paranoia, or other odd behaviors such as psychosis, that is outside normal operating parameters. The digital psychiatrist appears within the visual cortex of the agent, whereas the agent could be a police officer, a civilian military official, or a soldier, and that digital psychiatrist interacts with the agent to diagnose and de-escalate the situation that landed them in the clearance system. The psychiatrist runs on an artificial intelligence system, that adapts based on the thoughts of the agent. The system can disable all forms of communication that the agent has access to, such as AT Systems, for instance if the agent is suicidal, or is about to break the law. The AI Psychiatrist can report to a duty supervisor for the specified agency that the agent is associated with, and provide updates on their condition. It can also wipe out memories that are damaging towards the agent. The agent doesn’t modify any evidence – it is just meant to help the agent get through the condition or episode that they are in, so they can effectively return to work as if nothing even happened. The AI psychiatrist can remain active, even if it isn’t apparent to the agent. It can monitor all speech patterns and other communication methods of the agent at all times, and activate when needed. It can use Artificial Telepathy to communicate without making it appear that the agent is talking to themselves, such as in the case that it was a hologram implanted in their visual range and only responded to active speech. This protects the agent from appearing to have a psychotic episode. The AI psychiatrist can also correct memories by modifying them, or altering the brain’s synapses to correct information that is damaging towards the agent.

Translucent Nano Carbon-Chain Kevlar

This type of see-through Kevlar would use carbon chains stitched together on a nanometer scale, to allow the maximum amount of security, that allows an interior layer of clothing to see through, or optical circuitry to blend in the soldier or police officer with the background by bending the light around the user’s body with fiber-optics. The material can be magnetically charged, which will repel bullets before they impact the material.

This fabric can be used with a Heads-Up Display helmet that allows 360-degree vision, and services like the ability to create wireframes that can see through buildings, including the persons moving inside the buildings, the ability to track bullet trajectories, the ability to hear inside buildings with directional parabolic microphones, the ability to connect to all surrounding WiFi and other types of wireless networks and devices and display content, the ability to re-create crime scenes digitally, and the ability to re-create crime incidents digitally.

This system is ideal for combat or policing in metropolitan areas, while it also has applications in virtually all environments, including a version that can act as a space suit. The system runs with an Artificial Intelligence system that handles all of the computations.

Bullet Trajectory Determination System through Heads-Up Display (HUD) Unit

This system pertains to a computing system that can track bullet trajectories as they occur, and display them on a heads-up display unit, such as for use with military forces or civilian military, or even law enforcement personnel. The system would be able to protect the head from incoming bullets using bullet-proof glass that doesn’t chip when a bullet hits it. The system would be able to show the trajectories of incoming and outgoing bullets, with instant replay, and delayed disappearance technology – that could essentially allow the soldier or police man to identify where the shots are coming from, and respond to the shots. The system could feed targeting information to a bullet-interception system, or a rapid response firing system, that could disable the incoming bullets or take out the shooter, or both.

This system would also have the capability of re-enacting shooting events, by piecing together photographs and videos feeds from multiple sources in the proximity, to determine the trajectory of a sniper or from a handgun, after the shooter has left the scene. The purpose is to have the capability to be hot on the tracks of the shooter, to have a quick response system that shows the video and images that may show the shooting, as they would appear on their x, y, z axis from the direction of where the photograph or video was taken from, and also have the capability to stitch together multiple photographs or videos, to determine what movements occurred before and after shots were fired, in addition to having the capability to generate a wireframe of the surroundings to determine where the shots could have come from – for instance if it was a sniper up on a roof or in a skyscraper. The system would be able to determine not only what different trajectories would have been accessible to the target spot, but also determine which one was used based on the photographs and/or video streams and/or wire frame that is stitched together of the event.

Widely Accessing Wireless Alerting System

This invention pertains to a system that connects to all nearby wireless signals, including WiFi, wireless devices that are broadcasting information to WiFi routers, and all other types of wireless communication devices – and accesses all of the content associated with the devices and networks and displays it on a central system such as a Heads-Up Display (HUD) unit, or a command center such as for the Secret Service or FBI. This technology would have the capability to find illicit content, such as from hackers and cyber criminals, simply by being in proximity to the devices. It would be ideal for Presidential Campaign Events and Presidential Visits, for the purpose of finding dissidents and other types of low-life individuals that could pose a threat towards the President of the United States. This would include pre-determining hecklers, and other types of disruptions.

Inter-Structure Viewing and Object Recognition and Status System

This invention pertains to the identification of objects inside of a building or structures, using an advanced sensor grid that uses microwaves to see the interior of the building, such as the metal beams, staircases, elevators, and other building elements, in addition to the ability to see a 3d model of the structure with recognition of moving objects such as persons and animals.

Uses for this technology include identification of threats and assessment of strategies to minimize or remove the threats. This can include the identification of hostages vs. hostage takers, or residents, innocent bystanders, and other types of objects such as weapons.

This technology could also be used in conjunction with microwave facial recognition technology, which can identify who the subjects are in the building. The system also has the ability to display, in the 3d model, what forms of communication are present in the building, such as dedicated phone lines, computer terminals, smart phones, cell phones, and other forms of communicating devices.

This technology could also be used in addition to voice recognition from microwave parabolic microphone technology, to determine what the residents or persons inside the building are saying.

This technology could also be used to gather vital signs of humans inside a building.

Other uses include civilian military such as the Secret Service, FBI, and other types of cases that pertain to national security. Eventually this type of technology will be available to all police forces.
