This technology pertains to the robotic equipment that is able to move on various types of surfaces, and various types of surface temperatures, including the movement on liquids, solid ground, and terrain that is mountainous, terrain that has conditions that are difficult to have traction such as sand, quick sand, the ability to have traction on the sea floor and in areas of flooding, the ability to have tractions in hot liquid materials such as lava, and other conditions that pertain to necessities for traction while the conditions are not necessarily ideal for the movement of equipment.
