This technology pertains to intelligent piping that has robotics technology in the piping, such that the piping is able to move with a propulsion / robotic system, the piping is able to adjust the fitting to the ground of the sea floor and adjust the levels of stability automatically, the piping is able to couple with other compatible piping automatically, and the piping has multiple compartments of air-locks to drain sections of the piping with pumps and vacuums, and the piping has communications technology to communicate with the central piping management system that can tell the piping to relocate to a new location.
