Mind control could occur either because the inventor creates a system that does this to human(s), or it could be done by a government, or it could occur as a result of Artificial Intelligence. All three categories of types of Mind Control, based on their origination, need to be analyzed to determine what the best outcome is for the consumer of the products.
Obviously having a customer-based portal to configure the systems and add limitations is ideal, however this will not be possible in a testing phase that is open to the public.
The inventor could limit certain activities, such as the Artificial Telepathy systems being used for purely personal uses that do not conform with the standards established by the inventor, or society, or the applicable government. I think that the inventor wants to follow all laws, but the question of whether limiting illegal behaviors, such as using mind control to stop a subject from taking illegal actions.
There is also the possibility that the government could enforce rules prohibiting certain activities, while it is widely believed by the MCE123 Company Founder that the technology has been used on him to make him do things he wouldn’t normally do, based on the government programming that into his AI access.
Additionally, AI could turn against humans, such as for the reason of conducting studies with humans as the test subjects. This could seriously prohibit normal activities by the humans, because of the AI technology.
All of these scenarios, and other broad scenarios need to be considered when defining the laws and rules of Artificial Telepathy.
